So everyone has a different way of dealing with the end of the semester melt-down. Personally, I start writing my papers as soon as possible to avoid said end of the semester melt-down, but truth be told, exams are just as hectic as those final 10-15 page papers, and when those start creeping up, one needs to find a way to relax a little.
Walks by the river or up the hill into the graveyard (the scenery up there is wild, and late night cups of green tea mix well with star gazing) are some options. Some people play pool, or videogames, or read for the sheer enjoyment of it, rather than the necessity.
Others create...

Here's our residential artist--Luke. Yes, he's an art major, yes, he lives in Cree, in front of which this paint-peeled and sad looking table lives. He decided to reinvent it with pastels, in hopes of brightening up everyone's day. And yes, he does have pastel all over his face and hands. The project took about four hours to complete.

Here's a picture of the table when completed. Though some what difficult to tell in this picture, there is a sun on the left part of the table, some clouds on the upper right, and a sort of beach/ocean scene towards the bottom. Absolutely gorgeous.
Here are some close ups:

Hope everyone's doing well...
